Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Tamisha Deneece Glover Funy LLC, a limited liability company registered in South Carolina, United States, trading as Chronoxi. Its address is 456 Fairford Rd, Blythewood, SC 29016. Using this site means you accept the terms below.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. We sell only to addresses in the United States, and only to all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico.

When an order becomes a contract

Adding an item to the cart is not an order. Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send the confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order, and we will refund you in full if we do.

We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if a price was listed wrong, if the address falls outside our shipping coverage, or if the order looks fraudulent.

Prices and errors

Prices are in United States dollars and can change without notice. A price change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a price was listed incorrectly, we will contact you before printing and you choose between the corrected price and a full refund.

Product descriptions and photographs

We describe each shirt as accurately as we can, including the parts that do not flatter it. Two limits are worth stating plainly:

Color on screen. Your monitor or phone will not render a dyed fabric exactly. The hex swatches on this site were sampled from our own product photographs, which is the closest honest reference we can give you.
Print placement. Each shirt is printed individually, so placement shifts by up to half an inch between garments. That is normal for direct-to-garment printing.

Fiber content, weight and country of origin come from the blank manufacturer's published spec sheet. The size chart is the manufacturer's published measurement table. We have not independently tested the fabric and we do not claim to have.

Availability

Our print partner stocks an uneven size run of this blank, so not every color exists in every size. The grid on the home page shows what exists. We may add, retire or change designs at any time.

Intellectual property

The artwork, photographs, text and layout on this site belong to Tamisha Deneece Glover Funy LLC or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt, not the right to reproduce the design.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email support@chronoxi.us with a description of the work, the URL of the material you are reporting, your contact details, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your signature. We remove infringing material once we verify a complete notice.

Reviews and endorsements

We do not publish customer reviews on this site, and we have never bought, traded for or written one. If we add reviews later, they will be from real verified buyers, we will not delete negative ones to raise an average, and any incentive given for a review will be disclosed next to it. This follows the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, to introduce malicious code, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Your rights as a consumer

Your rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, and nothing here limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.

Disputes

Talk to us first: support@chronoxi.us. Most problems are a reprint or a refund and are settled in a day.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. You may bring a claim in the courts of South Carolina, or in the courts of the state where you live, or in small claims court where you live. We are not asking you to give up either option.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on the day you ordered. The effective date sits at the bottom of this page.
