What you pay

One payment, taken once, in United States dollars. We run no subscriptions, no recurring billing and no membership fees. The price on the product page plus shipping plus any sales tax is the whole amount, and you see all of it before you confirm the order.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay. Rates are set by your state and local jurisdiction, not by us.

Authorization holds

When you place an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold rather than a completed charge. If an order fails or you cancel within the 12-hour window, that hold drops off on its own. Most banks release it within 3 to 5 business days. We cannot release it faster from our side, because the hold sits with your bank.

How card details are handled

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance. Card numbers are entered directly into the provider's fields and are never stored on our servers. The site runs on HTTPS with TLS encryption end to end.

We can see the last four digits of a card, the card brand and whether a charge succeeded. That is all.

If a payment fails

A failed payment usually means a mismatched billing address, an expired card or a bank fraud block. Nothing is charged and no order is created. Check the billing address matches your statement, then try again or use a different method.

Pricing errors

If a price is listed wrong through an error on our side, we will contact you before printing anything. You choose between paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not charge a higher amount without asking you first.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, email support@chronoxi.us before opening a chargeback. We can usually fix it in a day. A chargeback locks the funds for weeks and stops us from reprinting or refunding directly.
