The shirts

Why is there a white rectangle around the print on my color?

Because the print file itself has a solid white background. On White you see nothing. On the other ten colors that white square sits behind the artwork. It is loudest on Pepper, True Navy, Black and Blue Spruce, and quietest on Ivory and Orchid. Every color has its own photo on its product page, and none of those photos are retouched.

What is the shirt made of?

A Comfort Colors 1717: 100% ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz per square yard, garment-dyed. Those figures come from the blank manufacturer's published spec sheet.

Where is it made?

The blank is cut and sewn in Honduras. The print is run to order at our print partner's facility, usually in the United States. Those are two separate facts about two separate steps, and we do not merge them into a single origin claim for the finished shirt.

How does it fit?

Relaxed and boxy, with no side seams. The size chart on every product page gives chest width and body length in inches, measured flat. Those are the manufacturer's numbers, not ours. Lay a shirt you already like flat, measure across the chest, and match it.

Sizes and colors

Why can I not get my size in the color I want?

Our print partner stocks an uneven run of this blank. Black is the only color that carries S through 4XL. White, Ivory, Blue Jean and True Navy carry four sizes each. The full grid is on the home page, and the size buttons on the product page change when you switch color.

Did you drop some colors?

Yes. Four colors came with only two or three sizes, which is not a real choice, so we stopped selling them rather than let you pick a color and find one size left. Eleven colors remain.

Will the color fade?

Garment-dyed cotton keeps shifting slightly and softening through the first few washes. That is the finish, not a defect. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low to slow it down.

Shipping

How long will it take?

2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 8 business days in transit. That is 5 to 13 business days in total. Nothing is printed in advance, so the clock starts when you order.

What does shipping cost?

$4.95 flat. Free once your order reaches $50.

Where do you ship?

All 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any country outside the United States.

Will I owe customs or duty?

No. Every order ships inside the United States, so there is nothing to clear and nothing to pay on delivery. If anyone contacts you asking for a fee to release a Chronoxi package, do not pay it. Email us first.

Changes and returns

Can I cancel or change my order?

Within 12 hours of ordering, yes, because the file has not gone to print yet. Email us with your order number. After that the shirt is already being made.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days from delivery. Email us first so we can give you a return number, then send the shirt to 456 Fairford Rd, Blythewood, SC 29016. You pay return shipping unless the shirt arrived wrong, damaged or misprinted. We charge no restocking fee. Refunds land 5 to 7 business days after the shirt reaches us.

The print is crooked or the shirt arrived damaged. Now what?

Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery. If we got it wrong, we cover the return shipping and either reprint it or refund you. You choose.

Why is there no phone number?
