Shipping

How long it takes

Allow 5 to 13 business days from order to doorstep. Nothing is printed in advance, so the clock starts when you place the order.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude United States federal holidays. An order placed on a Friday afternoon starts printing the following Monday.

Worked example. You order on Monday, September 7. Printing runs September 8 through September 14 at the outside. Transit runs September 15 through September 24 at the outside. You should have the shirt by September 24, and often earlier.

What it costs

The threshold is measured on the order total before tax. We offer no expedited service. There is one shipping speed and one price.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico.

We do not ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any country outside the United States. If your address falls outside our coverage, checkout will show no shipping option rather than take your money and fail later.

Customs and duty

You will owe nothing on delivery. Every order ships within the United States, so there is no import clearance and no duty. If anyone contacts you asking for a payment to release a Chronoxi package, do not pay it. Forward the message to support@chronoxi.us and we will tell you whether it is real.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when the shirt leaves the print facility. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement. A number that shows nothing on day one is normal and is not a sign that something went wrong.

Where your order ships from

Shirts are printed to order at our print partner's facility, usually in the United States, and shipped from there. The blank itself is cut and sewn in Honduras. Returns come to our address in South Carolina, not to the print facility.

If a package is late, lost or stolen

1. Check the tracking. Most late packages are sitting at a local depot.
2. Wait 3 business days past the last scan. Carriers often catch up.
3. Check with your neighbors and building office if tracking says delivered.
4. Email support@chronoxi.us with your order number.
5. We open a trace with the carrier. If the shirt is gone, we reprint it or refund you.

We do not charge you for a package the carrier lost. If tracking shows delivered and the package was taken from your doorstep, tell us and we will still work it out with you.

Wrong address

We print the address you give us. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will email you and reship it once you confirm a corrected address. You pay the second shipping charge in that case.

Your right to cancel a delayed order

Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship within the time stated here, we will tell you and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. If an order goes past 30 days without shipping and you have not agreed to wait, we refund it without you asking.
