What this page is for
Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, give you the right to tell a business not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page is how you exercise that right with us.
Three ways to opt out
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser automatically. You do not need to do anything else.
- Cookie settings. Decline non-essential cookies when the banner appears, or clear and re-set your choice at any time from your browser's site settings.
- Email us. Write to support@chronoxi.us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". Include the email address you used to order so we can find your records.
What we will not ask you for
We will not ask you for identity documents to process an opt-out. No driver's licence, no passport, no photograph. If we cannot match a request to a record we will say so and ask for the order number, and nothing more.
How fast we act
We process opt-out requests within 15 business days of receiving them. Where we have passed information to a service provider for advertising purposes, we tell them to stop as well.
You will not be treated differently
Opting out does not change your price, your shipping speed or the service you get. We do not run a loyalty programme that trades discounts for data, and we do not degrade the site for people who opt out.
If we say no
If we deny a request, we will tell you why in writing. You can appeal. Reply to the denial email with the word "Appeal" and a short explanation, and a different person will review it within 45 days. If the appeal is denied too, we will tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General.
Authorized agents
You can have someone submit a request for you. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may contact you to confirm.
