Plenty of shops that print to order write about craft and skip the address. Here is the plain version of how a Chronoxi order moves and who is on the other end of it.
Three places, one shirt
- The blank. A Comfort Colors 1717, cut and sewn in Honduras, then dyed as a finished garment. The country of origin, the fiber content and the weight all come from the blank manufacturer's published spec sheet.
- The print. Direct-to-garment, run after your order lands, at our print partner's facility, usually in the United States. Nothing is printed in advance.
- The return. Back to 456 Fairford Rd, Blythewood, South Carolina, if something is wrong.
What we do not say
We do not describe these shirts as made in the USA. The blank is sewn in Honduras. The printing happens here, and those are two different claims. Calling the finished shirt American-made would be the kind of shortcut the Federal Trade Commission takes an interest in, and it would not be true.
We also hold no textile certifications, no organic certification and no independent test reports. So we do not publish any. If a shop's About page lists certifications without naming the certifying body or a certificate number, that is worth a second look.
Who runs this
Chronoxi is the store name of Tamisha Deneece Glover Funy LLC, a limited liability company registered in South Carolina, United States. The address on every page of this site is a mailing and returns address. It is not a store and it is not a warehouse, and we say so on the page rather than letting a street address imply a building full of stock.
There is no phone line. Nobody sits at a desk waiting for calls, so we do not publish a number that rings out. Email support@chronoxi.us and you will get an answer within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Why printing to order changes the timing
A shop with stock on a shelf picks and packs the same day. We do not have a shelf. Your order goes to a printer, waits its turn, gets printed, gets checked, then ships.
That is 2 to 5 business days of printing, then 3 to 8 business days in transit, so 5 to 13 business days in total. Slower than a warehouse. In exchange, nothing is made until somebody wants it, and there is no bin of unsold shirts at the end of the season.
Where we ship, and where we do not
All 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. Not APO, FPO or DPO addresses, not Guam, not the U.S. Virgin Islands, and nowhere outside the United States. If your address falls outside that, checkout shows no shipping option rather than taking your money and failing later.
What you can hold us to
- Every number on this site comes from one place, so the product page, the footer and the policy pages cannot drift apart.
- Every product photograph is unedited, including the ones that show the white block around the print.
- Every claim about the fabric is traceable to the blank manufacturer's spec sheet, and we say when it is.
If you find something on this site that does not match what turns up in the parcel, write to us. That is a mistake we want to hear about.
